Upon arrival at the winery, the Petit Verdot was carefully hand sorted and de stemmed. Fermented on skins for 20 days with twice daily punch downs. Aged in neutral French Bordeaux barrels for 16 months. Racked twice and bottled unfixed and unfiltered. Minimal sulfur. Native fermentation. Vegan.
