This wine just might be my favorite wine I've made yet. This Syrah is immediately elegant, exotic, and highly perfumed. With initial notes of mulberry and black currants that lead into a spicey complexity with hints of olive tapenade, white pepper, and a gorgeous finish. I recommend getting a few bottles (or cases) to enjoy over time.
