Barrel Constrictor is our biannually released imperial stout. This beer was aged for 14 months in a St. George Spirits Apple Brandy Barrel. This Brandy is made from California grown apples and aged for nine years in a fresh French oak barrel.

This barrel was locally sourced from St. George Spirits on Alameda Island. They’re known for their whiskeys, absinthe, verte, and speciality spirits. This barrel imparts a bright spirit characteristic with hints of Fuji apples, cinnamon, and pear.
