American Brown Ale made with 3 types of oak. We use the oak in fermentation - emulating the oak profile of California red wine (similar to Cabernet or Zinfandel). Cascade hops at a citrus note - resulting in a strong brown with notes of dark chocolate, orange zest, with a wine like finish.
