Production Notes: I'm Not Here began as a new recipe for us; a mixed-culture brown ale, brewed in September of 2023. It spent six months aging in neutral red wine barrels and was then racked into ex-Bourbon brandy barrels for an additional five months and has been aging in the bottle for another seven months on top of that!
