The Bay/Porter exit off Hwy. 1 brings you into Soquel Village, our brewery’s neighborhood. It needed to have this beer named after it. Aromas of deeply roasted chocolate mingle with notes of toasted black bread. Smooth caramel on the tongue transitions to bittersweet chocolate and roasted malt flavors with a pleasingly bitter finish.
